Truth over validation.
Elite Mindset is a long-form interview show about how exceptional people think. Not what they achieved — what they believed before they achieved it, what they had to unlearn along the way, and what they might still have wrong.
Everything humans intentionally create begins in the mind.
Before a skyscraper existed, someone imagined it. Before a company existed, someone believed it could. Before a championship was won, someone decided it was possible. Before a person changed their life, something usually changed first in the way they thought.
Beliefs influence decisions. Decisions influence actions. Actions compound into outcomes. Elite Mindset exists to understand that process in people who have run it to an unusual conclusion.
The mind is the soil. Ideas are the seeds. Attention decides what gets watered and standards decide what survives. Most of the work happens before anything is visible.
An investigation
Each episode is an attempt to understand one person's operating beliefs, where they came from and what they cost.
Long and unhurried
Ninety minutes or more. Nothing is cut to make anyone sound smarter than they were in the room.
Published to be read
Full transcripts, key ideas and quotes, so the thinking survives the audio and stays findable.
Built to last
A library, not a feed. The goal is a body of conversations still worth reading in twenty years.
This is not a motivational show. There are no empty quotes, no hustle clichés, no hour of the host explaining how impressive the guest is. If someone is here, their thinking is already worth understanding. Saying so repeatedly would waste the hour.
Guests are not expected to agree with the host, and the host is not expected to win. The best conversations end with somebody reconsidering something they have believed for twenty years. Often that person is Brian.

“I'm not doing this because I have the answers. I'm doing it because I've become obsessed with the questions.”
Brian Gomez is an entrepreneur and the CEO of Elite Legal Marketing. He has spent years around people who build unusual things — founders, trial lawyers, operators, investors — and most of what he learned from them happened in conversations nobody recorded.
Those ideas died when the dinner ended. Elite Mindset gives them somewhere to live, and forces him to state his own beliefs out loud where they can be taken apart.
He is not on this show as an authority on how to think. He is on it because he wants to know how other people do it.
The common denominator isn't fame.
It's an unusual way of thinking that produced an unusual outcome. Sometimes that person runs a company. Sometimes they coach, litigate, compete, research, write, or rebuilt a life after something took it apart.
The territory
We agree on what the conversation is about. You never see the questions.
The conversation
Ninety minutes, remote or in Austin. No script and no producer in your ear.
The edit
Cut for clarity, never for flattery. You get the raw files either way.
The record
Published with a transcript, the ideas, and the questions it left open.
Conviction without arrogance. Curiosity without false humility.
